Last updated 2026-10-30. These terms apply to every booking made with Raahi Cab by phone, WhatsApp or through this website.

1. Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when we confirm the car, pickup time and fare by call or WhatsApp. Website fares are indicative. The fare confirmed at booking is the fare you pay, unless the trip changes as described below.

2. What the one-way fare includes

• The vehicle, fuel and driver for a direct journey from the agreed pickup point to the agreed destination.
• Toll charges on the agreed route.
• Driver allowance.

3. What is charged extra

• State entry tax, parking fees and special permits (for example the Rohtang permit), at actuals.
• Night charge for pickups between 10 pm and 6 am, as confirmed at booking.
• Extra stops, detours or additional kilometres beyond the agreed route, at the per-kilometre rate confirmed at booking.
• Waiting beyond 30 minutes at pickup.

4. Round trips and tours

Round trips and multi-day tours are billed per kilometre with a minimum of 250 km per day, plus a driver night-halt charge for each night away. Kilometres are counted from and to our office in Chandigarh or Mohali.

5. Cancellation

• Cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before the pickup time by call or WhatsApp.
• Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup, or after the driver has reached the pickup point, may be charged a fee of up to 25% of the confirmed fare, or the actual cost incurred if lower.
• If we cannot provide the confirmed vehicle, we offer an equivalent or better car at the same fare, or a full refund of any advance paid.

6. Passengers and luggage

Passenger and luggage limits are 4 people and 2 large bags in a Sedan, and 6 to 7 people in a 7 seater, as stated at booking. Smoking and alcohol inside the vehicle are not permitted. Passengers are responsible for damage caused to the vehicle through their conduct.

7. Delays and road conditions

Hill roads may close for snow, landslides or traffic restrictions. Where a route is closed, we will agree an alternative route or timing with you. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, traffic or events outside our control.

8. Liability

All vehicles carry commercial permits and insurance as required by law. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fare paid for the trip concerned. Please keep valuables with you; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
